Product Description

Large Art Nouveau tiled combination grate . Carved pomegranate (Punica granatum) to the frieze with trailing ribbons to the legs and fine detail to the canopy . The fireplace is finished with traditional grate polish . Circa 1905 .

This fireplace was manufactured by the Planet Foundry Company Limited , Guide Bridge near Manchester , the design was registered 2nd May 1905 .

The Edwardian tiles in the photographs are £500.00 .

Supplied with a firebrick and stool grate .

These tiles can be changed or moved into another tiled fireplace if required as we always have over 100 sets of antique tiles available. All our antique tiled fireplaces are delivered with their tiles already plastered in place ready for immediate installation.

The fireplace in the photographs is now sold , but we do have the identical model awaiting restoration.
